9Del Lofts is a development opened in June 2015.  This edgy, modern industrial-chic structure will rise up 4 stories in the middle of the burgeoning Warehouse Arts District in Lawrence, Kansas.  The building will be wrapped in a sophisticated metal skin, will boast solar panels on the roof and the vibrant, bold highlight colors on the exterior will be illuminated with LED lights.

Lawrence, KS was the recipient of a 2014 National ArtPlace Grant that will transform the acclaimed 9th Street corridor from the doorstep of 9Del Lofts to the entry point into downtown Lawrence, 7 blocks to the west of 9Del's site.  This project will punctuate the end of an arts corridor that will be seen as a model example of how to incorporate multi-modal transportation, public art installations and community development into a publicly funded project.

This affordable housing project is already nearly full with a waiting list quickly growing.  Please continue to check our website for updates on this 43-unit addition to what is becoming Lawrence's most exciting district.
