The beautiful Poehler Loft Apartments are the located in the heart of the Lawrence Warehouse Arts District. The Poehler building was first built in 1904 and used as a wholesale grocers storage for Theo Poehler Mercantile Co. It wasn’t until 2012 when the warehouse was rehabbed into the award winning Poehler Loft Apartments. The historic lofts feature luxurious 1 and 2 bedroom spacious apartments with open layouts and high vaulted ceilings. All units come with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and walk in closets. Laundry facilities are located on each of the four floors. Poehler also offers a private work out facility, community room with free WiFi, and garden with a putting green.
The Poehler Lofts were the catalyst for the revitalization efforts in the Warehouse Arts District and it continues to be the anchor to driving exposure and occupancy in the neighborhood.
