The Chatham Senior Apartments was the first project completed by Flint Hills Development Group (developed previously under a different entity).  This historic Broadway Avenue structure was neglected and near demolition before this revitalization effort.  The neighborhood was galvanized to see this project through, and the community support and 100% occupancy is a testament to the work put in and the product that resulted.

Chatham is known in Kansas City, Missouri as "A Residence of Distinction". The surrounding urban neighborhood offers close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, events, entertainment and public transportation.  The rich interior architecture and finished make for a comfortable home for anyone 55 years and older.
