Chatham to Get a Facelift
/Kansas City’s Planned Industrial Expansion Authority has unanimously approved a 25-year tax abatement plan for a $9.3 million historic renovation of the 1920s-era Chatham Hotel.
Tony Krsnich, CEO of Landmark Investment Group LLC, said efforts to turn the 47,000-square-foot abandoned building at 3701 Broadway into 40 units of affordable senior housing have been ongoing for two years.
