Former KC Hospital Will Transform Into $40M Senior Community
/Research Medical Center, part of HCA Midwest Health, has selected Kansas City developer Tony Krsnich and his Flint Hills Holdings partnership to redevelop the former Baptist-Lutheran Medical Center hospital tower into a high-end continuum-of-care community for seniors.
The 10-story, 400,000-square-foot tower is on the 25-acre Research Medical Center Brookside Campus, which HCA renamed in 2006, at 6601 Rockhill Road.
